Under the requirements of CSA Z91, CSA Z271, and Ontario MOL Guidelines all roof anchors or any other component of the façade access system post installed by means of chemical adhesive anchors are required to be load tested at the time of installation and at a minimum once every five years or as recommended by the manufacturer and design specifications.
